Hi, Over the past 25 years, I've dedicated myself to personal transformation through fitness, becoming an enthusiastic runner and participating in numerous events, including 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons, and even a full marathon.

In the last 5 years, I've worked with a small group of friends to help them achieve their own fitness goals. My passion for transformation comes from a deep belief in the power of personal growth and the potential within everyone to lead a healthier, more fulfilling life. Training is where we learn THEORY, but we all have abundance of knowledge, and Training is traditional method which sometimes falls short in achieving our goals and getting transformed. So my observation is, PRACTICE is what actually what people needed help with.
